Phantom in Hunt Group
« on: April 21, 2022, 01:06:19 PM »
I have a 5000 linked via SIP with a non-mitel system. I have phantom extension in the mitel that forward to extensions on the other system. I can dial them just fine from the Mitel. The issue I have is when I add these phantoms to a ring group or hunt group they never ring. Any pointers?

Hunt group calls don't follow forwarding...

You will need to setup DEE for those phantom users and then set the "mobile" number to the ARS digits for the extension on the other system.

What I did for now was pointed the recall number for the hunt group to the remote systems ring group for the phones i wanted to ring. Its a dirty fix but its doing the job.
