UC360 firmware fail

Hi everybody

I have a mitel uc360. I've tried to make a reset, but util this, my uc360 show android screen boot, and seems to wait for a file or firrware file.
Does anyone know how i can solve this ?

Might have to load new firmware from a USB.

I've tried, but not reaction.
Maybe it wait a specific name ?
I just take the original firmware, put it on a sdcard, but nothing.

Any idea ?

I'm not sure it will take firmware from an SD card, might have to be on a USB drive. Check the documentation for the procedure.
