Mivcr call recording for micollab softphone

Hi
i have a customer using mivb with micollab and mivcr . we are using mbg which is inbuilt in micollab for teleworker users

the micollab softphone user registered from public network as teleworker are successfully getting recorded in mivcr

post pandemic user are back to office , the micollab user is registered from office successfully but mivcr is unable to record . we get alarm "waiting for extension association from SRC "

do we need to add one more mbg in the network

are the in-office micollab clients connecting to the teleworker MBG still or are they now connecting directly to MiVB?

Hi
the inoffice user are connecting to MIVB , do we need to add one more mbg in the setup so that SRC can be established for recording of in office users

you can either keep them pointing to their teleworker MBG or add an internal MBG for call recording and point them there (I assume you are using split DNS if these are mobile clients).
