5320/5340 navigation pages
« on: March 15, 2022, 10:44:12 AM »
I'm new to phone systems so any tips are appreciated. We have a Mitel 250 and some 5320 and 5340 phones. I did an extension swap for a user that had a 5340 that was having issues with a spare 5320. Everything seems to be working other than they had three navigation pages they could page through on their 5340 but now they only have one page on the 5320. I've tried programming additional buttons under system > devices and feature codes > phones > local > extension number > programmable keys but it's not adding any more navigation pages. I've also tried getting my own phone to have more than one page of extensions but can't get it to work. Any ideas?

I was told the 5320 is limited to a single page. Does anyone know if that's correct?

The 5320 is limited to a single page and the top three buttons don't light up.

To add more buttons, use an Alternate Keymap. Change the feature name to Next Page and put a feature key on one of the unlighted keys. The user then presses the Next Page key to access more buttons.
