Softphone Dynamic Presence

MVB 9.2.x platform; MiCollab 9.3.x

I have a new softphone user, using MiCollab Client 7.3.4.  Her softphone extension is going absent in her Multiline User Group. Could be pc reboot / exit from client that triggers.

Starting a new day - opening the 7.3.4 client is not enough to trigger dynamic presence. The option to ANSWER incoming calls w/ softphone is not available.

Manually setting extension to present in the MUG corrects the issue.

Looking for a way for the end-user to control this.  Upgrading the client is not an option 'presently'.  Could be a limitation of that older client, I don't have that issue w/ my 9.3 client.

Appreciate any advice.

The user MiCollab Client Status for 'In Office' did not have Softphone selected, only Deskphone for the send my calls to options.

After editing status option, exiting and rebooting it appears to be working.
