Mitel 5634 WiFi to Teleworker (MBG)
« on: February 15, 2022, 08:03:45 AM »
Just got some new Mitel 5634 phones that I am trying to hook up to teleworker and having some issues that I can't figure out.

I have it successfully connected to teleworker from outside the building (shows connected in MBG), but when I try to make a test call it just beeps and states "NO CHANNELS AVAILABLE."

Attached is how I have SIP configured in WinPDM, but hard to find any information on this setup anywhere.

Is the extension/user registered at the PBX end?

Yes that is all setup correctly. I actually have another Unidata SIP phone that works 100%, so that is why I believe it is something specific to this phones settings.

So I can receive calls both internally and externally on this phone with no issues. However I can not call any internal or external number at all and get the "No Channel Available."

So this is now working.

I needed to enable TCP on Teleworker and force the phone to use TCP instead of UDP and 100% working now.

How did you configure the MBG teleworker side?
I can't get mine to connect

I usually test with manually entering the set and icp side passwords and make sure MiCollab gets entered setside first and mivb gets icpside last. Always works and is most secure. Templates from MiCollab...
