Time on controller
« on: November 08, 2021, 03:29:42 PM »
The customer has a NTP server internally, the controller doesn't have internet access due to their network security policy. After updating the time on the controller a month ago it is now 4 min behind and that this is a continuous problem, and it still looses time.

Do you know any idea about this issue? Is this a NTP or network problem??

Thanks!!

Look in the logs... NTP time sync occurs daily, there will either be a message it was successful or it failed.

Did you set this to update to this clock source or just keep time itself? System will have logs indicating NTP sync issues. If set to sync, turn it off and back on.
