Customer uses group presence to take agents in and out of groups. When an agent logs out and back in they are automatically placed as present for all groups they are members of. The customer states this used to not be the case and would stay absent from groups they were previously marked as absent until they made the present again. Is there a setting that controls this?

If they use MiContact Center/Ignite, this can be set in YourSite Explorer per agent. You should see a field showing the default presence for the agent in the Agent Group, choices are Absent, Present, or Last Known.
