ACD Music on Hold

Hi All,

I am having issues configuring Music on Hold in ACD path, see my screenshot attached for my config, my issue is that the caller does not hear music, just rings, which is really annoying.

Teqwize, is the .wav in the following format:

    Audio type: Microsoft Windows WAV (.wav)

    Audio format: CCITT u-Law or A-Law 8.000 kHz, 8 Bit, Mono

Please confirm if your MoH is enabled under System Option first.
