IP Resource Usage showing phones waited for resources for days
« on: September 30, 2021, 03:30:36 PM »
I noticed two phones in the IP Resource Usage which have been Time held/waited for resources for days.  I reset the phones, cleared the PIN and entered the pin, no change.

Running some diagnostics, I found the phones (X1101 and 1113) listed.  Anybody have a clue why it's holding for G.711 u-law?

Re: IP Resource Usage showing phones waited for resources for days
« Reply #1 on: September 30, 2021, 08:06:04 PM »
This situation was caused by having Background Music on.

I thought I had checked to see if BM was on, guess not.  Previously I think I had seen BM on show as file-based in IP Resource Usage.

Now if I could only figure out how to turn it BM off remotely.
