Currently having an issue with the phone manager profiles on hot desk phones. Usually on the profile the ring group is selected and you can tick desk, mobile, vmail depending what's configured in DEE. But have found that this works fine unless the extn is a hotdesk in which case it only gives the option for Mobile or voicemail.
We've rebuilt the extn on both the system and CTI machine but still the same
Has anyone else come across this and if so have a solution.
