IVR ports not registering with the PBX

I have 20 IVR Ports and 5 will not register with the PBX.   All ports are set as Trusted in the PBX but 5 of them give me an error in the PBX logs that a Non-Trusted Device attempting to register when configured with Trusted Service.

Did all of them set as 5020 devices?
Did all of them have the same CoS?
Have you tried to sync MiCC with your PBX?
What is the status of those port on Contact Center Client?

The registration is between MiCC and IPBX. The MiCC supports the licenses. So, are the ports trusted (meaning licensed) in MiCC ?
