Ringing landline numbers in group using one number
« on: June 22, 2021, 10:31:57 AM »
I am administering a Mitel 3300 ICP and was wondering if it is possible to create a pilot number containing landline numbers? So that when this pilot number is rang, it will either ring the first available landline number or ring all of the landline numbers similar to what is done in a ring group.

Not directly... You would have to setup EHDU for phantom extensions to those numbers, then add the EDHU phantom extensions to a hunt group.
