Micollab NG Client register failed

Hello Experts,

This is a pure LAN environment. Our customer only bought Micollab, not a separate MBG. If you use the legacy client, there is no problem. If it is the NG client, the client will prompt error 21 when registering. Prompt config download failed in the log.

What's wrong with this configration?

For this LAN only requirements, what should I pay attention to? For example, certificate requirements. Please give me some advice.

Thanks again. The problem has been solved. CA certificate is not installed on my client computer.
