Hi

i dont get pstn dialtone on analog extension when user dials pri access code , i have enabled second dial tone =yes in ARS leading digit

PRI's don't provide dialtone in general, they don't use DTMF so why prompt a user for a tone... You would simulate that by providing dialtone from the system after the leading digit.

If he is talking about return dial tone after leading digit, then there is an issue, unless there are no additional digits to analyze
