Hello,

I've received the following error from our Oaisys system, for multiple extensions and they're arrived twice already today.
Any idea what the issue might be? Thanks.

There has been a Critical Alert on the Call Recording Admin.
Please verify the following.

ALERT: 3043 - No CTI generated for device

MESSAGE : CTI is not being generated for device 1320.  The last voice stream ended just now, but the last CTI event we got for the device happened on 6/1/2021 9:37:21 AM

Restart the services on the call recording server, this happens a lot and there are batch files located on the server somewhere from memory but may need to be modified to stop and start the correct mitel service.
You should be able to run a notepad as adminstrator and add lines as per below just check the Mitel driver in use:
To stop all services add this text to notepad and once complete save as .bat file on the server desktop as will need again in future:

Net Stop OAISYS.Services.NetServer
Net Stop OAISYS.Services.Alarm
Net Stop OAISYS.Services.DataAccess
Net Stop OAISYS.Services.DatabaseUpgrader
Net Stop OAISYS.Services.Email
Net Stop OAISYS.Services.ALI
Net Stop OAISYS.Services.Historian
Net Stop OAISYS.Services.ReportEngine
Net Stop OAISYS.Services.Housekeeping
Net Stop OAISYS.Services.Level2OAI_MitelDriver



Net Stop OAISYS.Services.OSC
Net Stop OAISYS.Services.SMDR
Net stop OAISYS.Services.TRM
Net Stop OAISYS.Services.Triton
Net Stop OAISYS.Services.VAT




EXIT


Then to start the services again do the same with below text:

Net Start OAISYS.Services.NetServer
Net Start OAISYS.Services.Level2OAI_MitelDriver
Net Start OAISYS.Services.OSC
Net Start OAISYS.Services.DataAccess
Net Start OAISYS.Services.DatabaseUpgrader
Net Start OAISYS.Services.ALI
Net Start OAISYS.Services.Historian
Net Start OAISYS.Services.Housekeeping
Net Start OAISYS.Services.Triton
Net Start OAISYS.Services.SMDR
Net Start OAISYS.Services.TRM
Net Start OAISYS.Services.VAT
Net Start OAISYS.Services.ReportEngine
Net Start OAISYS.Services.Email
Net Start OAISYS.Services.Alarm


EXIT

Save the files as .bat once configured and save to desktop as will need them again and is the best way to resolve this issue, it will stop the call recording admin and management studio from running and will not record any calls while services are down but only take about two minutes to complete.

There's already stop and start scripts in the CTS.net directory, FWIW.

Going over all of this, since the Server was rebooted yesterday. All services would have been restarted.

However, I will try it again later. But I went over some of the SRC settings, and noticed for the extensions throwing the error the Disabled SRTP setting was Disabled.

Maybe not related. But all other settings were good.

Update: no luck..  Still getting the error.
I will restart all services this evening after hours and see if that helps.
