Hi All,
We redid our phone tree in NuPoint, I migrated side by side, meaning i created new VM Ex with call flow, and when I was done I changed the DID to point to the new NuPoint extensions,
Now i see (in NuPoint>Call Director>Run system reports) that some call are still going to the old Ext call/call flows.
Any wy i can figure out how call got there?
I double checked all DID's, and the new workflows, non of them is set to use the old ones,
No outsider would not the extensions either.
Any advise would be appreciated.
