NuPoint Call flow logs

Hi All,

We redid our phone tree in NuPoint, I migrated side by side, meaning i created new VM Ex with call flow, and when I was done I changed the DID to point to the new NuPoint extensions,
Now i see (in NuPoint>Call Director>Run system reports) that some call are still going to the old Ext call/call flows.
Any wy i can figure out how call got there?
I double checked all DID's, and the new workflows, non of them is set to use the old ones,
No outsider would not the extensions either.
Any advise would be appreciated.

Sounds like the hunt group to send calls to the new NuPoint may have members in the old hunt group too is all I can think.

Thanks for your reply, in our configuration the call goes direct from DID to nu point call flow.
