We have just started trying to use the NuPoint Fax driver for sending outbound faxes. I am able to install the driver as an administrator, but none of the local users receive the fax prompt when they try to print using the fax driver, presumably because they are not local administrators on their PCs. Is there any way around this? I have tried setting the faxclient.exe to run as an Administrator, but they still never receive the prompt.
