I need to migrate CSM running on a MAS server to the stand alone version. Mitel support say that this in now not supported and we are basically on our own.
Can anyone help with the process to backup the database and export it so I can import the historic data.
We have all the locations for the Intelligent router setup etc. Just getting the historic data !!!
The username and password would also be handy for the DB2 as the customer says that he currently has an integration job running that imports data from the DB2 database on the CSM server to one of their SQL databases. Is it the same on the latest version?
