ACD Agent gets calls from outside her ACH hunt group

ACD agent 219 is in hunt group 1603 only, but she is getting calls routed to her from hunt group 1610 which she is definitely not a member of.

what could cause this?

how to stop this?

the handset is remote connecting via MBG.
