hello guys

Has anyone already configured a PRI card on an ex controller? There is no documentation on the mitel site.

I managed to get my outgoing incoming calls to work. the only problem is the display of incoming numbers

I don't have the + 49xxxxxx indication but only xxxxxxx, so I can't call back from the call history.

on an Ex controller the "inward Dialing prefixes" menu no longer exists.

any idea ?

in all other controllers ( Mxe , Cx , Cx2....) we can deal with the prefix in Trunk > Digital > ISDN > Inward dialing prefix

but for Ex controller , the menu no longer exist

has anyone ever installed an Ex controller?
