Why can't I retrieve a parked call at another extension. For example, when I put a call in park at extension 5001. I walk over to extension 5050 and I press call park retrieve it ask "enter number." I put in extension number 5001, it then ask for "parking slot:" I should be about to use #, for the longest parked call. It says "not allowed."
When I try to it again and put 01 for the parking slot it stay "not allowed." regardless of what number I use I can't pickup the parked call. I'm pretty sure my COS is set correctly. What am I missing? Thanks in advance for the help.
