Adding DID to Ring Group
« on: January 19, 2021, 08:40:18 AM »
Hi All,

First time on this forum so hello, IT admin in Portsmouth UK here.

I am needing to add a DID to a ring group within our Mitel MiVoice Business system.

Any pointers to documentation on how to do this would be super helpful!

Thanks,

Matt.

Welcome,

Is the DID an endpoint or something else? If it's simply an endpoint you should be able to add it right at the bottom of the Ring Group from. I assume the DID needs to be IN the ring group and not point to the ring group, correct?

Do you have any other DID's configured? Should be an easy task but depends how the system is configured. Speed calls/DID form/trunk stripping (possibly inserting) digits

You can also have a look through the help file, the topics are in alphabetical order.
