One Side Audio - Internal Calls

Hey All,

We have 2 existing phones that when they call they cannot hear the other side, the phones are connected internally to 3300 not through MBG, any advise where i can start troubleshoot?

Check your networking settings. One of the phones, or another device on the path between them, probably has an incorrect subnet mask or default gateway setting.
