5330/5340 EOL?
« on: January 06, 2021, 07:45:52 AM »
Good morning,

I am trying to find a Mitel TSN document on these series phones if they are done or not.  I heard they are EOL from my vendor.  Anyone have any documentation on this - I know the wireless headset stuff is done and very hard to get now.  We have several sets with those and I want to justify swapping them out for 6930 and 6940 models to our management team.

Thank you and Happy New Year!

The non E version?
I can't say for sure I ever saw an EoL but maybe.

The 69xx series is the way forward and that's been clear since they were released.

Hi,

Yes e-versions.  Thank you both.. That's what I had thought.  I'll write up my proposal as these are nearing end of life.  Thanks for your help!
Eric

Still supported in software, but they've stopped making new ones.
