Intermittent Trouble with Nupoint answering

User has a deskphone and Collab on Mobile.  The user will receive an incoming call and after answering the caller will be put in the mailbox and the user can also hear the Mailbox greeting and hear the caller leave a message.

Not sure if this is a PBX trouble or a Nupoint trouble.

try to restart Nupoint services

It kind of sounds like they are doing a conference and not a transfer... Have you duplicated this issue yourself?
