MiVoice 9.1.1002 - Mitel Desktop Client and Custom Buttons.
Does anyone have the procedures to publish custom buttons to a user group?
Per the online help, “Adding Information to a Live Call” a Call Manager can do this. I don’t see Custom Buttons in the Call Recorder Admin.
I have built a group… Just don’t have the steps to tie a Button to this group and publish to the Desktop Client.
