Hi guys,
I have a user who is currently home based and everyday at around 10:30am their phone will update and then reboot.
Doesn't matter if they are on a call or idle this will happen.
Process only takes about a minute but is obviously inconvenient, especially being they are in a customer service role so if they get cut off it doesn't leave a good impression to our customers.
It's only affecting him and we have multiple users using this model phone, Myself included when I was home based temporarily.
Any ideas how we can either stop the update or at least move it to an earlier time to say before his shift starts?
