I have a customer with an IP extension. When it is called, whether from extension or outside line, the voicemail immediately picks up. I have checked all flags and forwarding paths and they seem correct. I have had him check DND and it is off. Defaulting the station did not work. At this point, I plan to reset the system to clear any channels that may be locked. Even though the phone is on the same network as the system. The only other conclusion I can draw is that it somehow is not communicating correctly with the system. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
