We have since 2 years a Mitel MiVoice 5000 in combination with Micollab. No physical phones anymore, all softphones
We have to work with the MiVoice 5000 Web Admin webpage to change anything.
Anybody knows how to change an outgoing caller id on a number?
The company that installed this thing sends me a bill everytime i ask them something.
That would be ok if it all works flawless, but micollab is everything but
