Nupoint MWI keys not working

The main lamp on the sets work fine but if you have a MWI key of another extension on your set the lamp does not go out after checking the message.   It also stops blinking and stays solid. 

Feature Access codes, and trying to clear the lamp from the Nupoint does not work.   The lamp only clears after a Reboot of the set.

We are using 9.0 SP3 pbx version.   I think it could be a firmware version.   They have 53xx and 69xx phones.

What does "locate feature extension [dn]" of the MWI key say? Does it show an active message waiting? You could try using the "slight" shell command on MiCollab/NuPoint to manually turn the MWI on & off to verify the PBX is receiving the MWI messages.
