Micollab Error Messages

Hi all,

I hope someone can help me with this issue.

Our company has a small call center and is using Micollab to make calls to phone numbers all over the US.

We are getting this error message throughout the day"Sorry an error occurred during the call you may want to send a diagnostic report (Menu: Settings/ General)". It turned out that the numbers we called are no longer in service (verified by calling the same numbers using cellphone). However, Micollab is giving different error messages for disconnected numbers as well, such as "Call Fail (MiCollab) Unable to connect", or "Cannot establish the call. The other party may be busy.". Not only that, sometimes the call just drops without any error message.

We need to keep track of disconnected numbers so we don't waste time calling them back. We cannot use our cellphone to verify the numbers are actually disconnected.

Anyone has any idea on how to rectify this issue? Any feedback is appreciated
