Hoping somone can help as I'm a bit stumped!
We have hooked up our MICC to our AD and we are using a group to import user logins etc.
The import works fine and we commit the changes and it updates the users. However when we login using domain\**** or any other variation of the credentials we just get this turn up in the logs.
Mitel.AuthorizationServer.Startup Credential validation failed for user [domain\****]
Now this is where it gets a bit strange. If i create a new user in AD then import and setup within MiCC after the import they work fine.
It seems to only affect existing AD users but i cant for the life of me figure out why this would be.
Any help much appreciated.
