How do u want to know who delete the message from phone? Anybody who have access to the phone can delete the message if u dont have password.

it''s a shared password. I was tasked to getting information on the mailbox, they deleted messages that we needed. Need to find out dates and times  goiung back to yesterday 12 am.

You can look at the AVDAP logs from Admin and Diagnostics. They will show you the ext that deleted them and the time and date. I’m not sure how far back the logs go though, so you should do it soon!

through the web interface, it is in Diagnostics -> Logs

We have:

MBG (Mobile Clients)
MiCC
MiCollab
vMBG (SIP Trunks)
MBG (SIP Trunks)


Then we also have 7 3300 controllers.

1st , you need to know if you are using embedded voicemail ( Mivb server) or Nupoint voicemail ( in Micollab server)
