Firewall Slows Down MBG
« on: August 13, 2020, 08:38:10 AM »
Trying to get Collab Client working as a teleworker and the customer put a network address translation in his firewall to point the external IP to the Teleworker MBG and now when you browse to the MBG it takes a long time to get into it and moving around the menu options are very slow.

When the NAT is removed the MBG works as normal.

What network profile are you using on the MBG? Should be set up in a DMZ, and I've found you have to override the set-side ICP address with the external IP even though the documentation says to set it up in server-only.

I most always set to custom in this config and do the same

Yep, any time I've tried the documented recommended settings in a DMZ it never works unless I do this.
