Users with spreadsheet
« on: August 03, 2020, 05:23:32 PM »
I imported 300 users with the spreadsheet file, and my client asked me to change the extensions.  How can I do ?  Force to delete users first?

I have never known an easy way to mass delete but would certainly be interested to know if one exists.

You could likely do an import with bogus numbers for all, then another for the true value

i don't understand what do you mean.

For example i imorted from extension 1000 to extension 2000 , then the customer ask me to change 1000 by 3000 .....

how can you do that ?

If all you need to do is change the extension number, export the Users and Services, change what you need to change, then re-import. As long as the GUID field doesn't change, the system should recognize it as a change and not an add.
