5330e keeps rebooting and sticks on connecting to server before rebooting

It sounds as though the phone doesn't know how to get to the phone system or is unable to get the IP Address it thinks the phone system is at.

I would say this could also be a connectivity issue... Bad port on the switch, bad patch cord, bad phone... Or a misconfigured DHCP options, but that would effect multiple phones.

How does the phone know where the phone system is? Is it via DHCP options or statically assigned, and if statically assigned, are you entering both the ICP server and TFTP server IP address, or simply using Teleworker mode?

RLyon,

It appears the phone is connecting and disconnecting. This is going to be due to a hardware issue. I would swap the phone with another working phone to see if the problem follows the IP Phone or stays at the current wiring.
