Need help accessing a Mivoice 250 PBX

Hi guys, first time post.

So I've landed a gig with a client who has a MiVoice 250, the system is up and running, No Mitel support of course :)

The system is legally licensed so i am not worried about that.

Is there any way to Reset the Admin password or gain access to the system without having to blow out all the config? I do have access to the CSM workstation running Windows 7 (Yikes).

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!!

Whoever installed or maintained it should have the admin password.

Not able to reset without the assistance of Mitel/Partner.

If anyone knows how to regain access i will pay for your time. There's always a way.

There used to be a couple to do this years ago, but sadly most all have been patched for some time.

The only way to get into the system if you don't know the admin credentials is to contact a Mitel authorized dealer and fill out the form and have them work with Mitel tech support to reset the password... It's not about us knowing how and wanting your money... We just can't do it.
