Estimados/Dear:

Soy nuevo utilizando la PBX Mitel 3300, estoy tratando de acceder a través de la gestión web https://192.168.10.1 (el navegador que utilizo es el Internet Explorer) pero me da el mensaje "No se puede acceder a esta página", le doy clic en "Solucionar problemas de conexión" y me da el mensaje "Recurso está en línea, pero no responde a los intentos de conexión", solo en 1 computadora puedo acceder a través de la gestión web http://192.168.10.1, en el resto se redirecciona a la https://192.168.10.1 y no me permite acceder.

I am new using Mitel 3300 PBX, I am trying to access through web management https://192.168.10.1 (the browser use is Internet Explorer) but it gives me the message "This page cannot be accessed", I click on "Fix connection problems" and it gives me the message "Resource is online, but it does not respond to connection attempts", only on 1 computer can I access it through web management http://192.168.10.1 , in the rest it is redirected to https://192.168.10.1 and it does not allow me to access.

Alguien tiene conocimiento de como solucionar este inconveniente?? / Does anyone have knowledge of how to solve this problem?

Maybe web proxy, or you are in another subnet

Additional information IP phones are working, the problem is access to web management.

Y en una computadora de Windows 7 Pro de 32 bits se puede acceder solo a través del http://IP-PBX   /   And on a Windows 7 Pro 32-bit computer it can only be accessed through the http://IP-PBX

Intente en firefox pero no funciona, se redirecciona hacia la url https://IP-PBX y no se queda en la http://IP-PBX

El reinicio es complicado porque hay varios usuarios que hacen llamadas constantemente.
Restart is complicated because there are multiple users constantly making calls.

tal vez alguna otra alternativa antes de llegar al reincio de la PBX?
maybe some other alternative before I get to reboot the PBX?

If you have access to the RS232 port, you can try restarting the web server...

ts WebServer (stops the WebServer)
tr WebServer (starts the WebServer)
i WebServer (get info on WebServer service)

When doing the i command, Status is the field you want to look at, it should say "Ready" in a normal state with no one actively access the system's web page. If it says "SUSPEND" the WebServer is stopped, "PEND+T" the WebServer is starting up (less than 60 seconds) or someone is actively accessing the web portal.

If someone is logged in (PEND+T) and restarting the server doesn't work, you can hard terminate all sessions.

sm_terminateAllSessions (this logs out all users and prevents all logins)
sm_allowAllOtherSessions (enables logins again)

I have had hit and miss luck with these commands in the state you are showing.

Be VERY careful in the terminal... There are commands that can be very dangerous, so don't go trying random commands.

çYo pude conectarme a traves del RS-232 y ejecute los comandos, pero no puedo acceder a través de la conexión https. / I was able to connect through the RS-232 and execute the commands, but I cannot access it through the https connection.

Talvez hay alguna otra opción para solventar este problema?? / Maybe there is some other option to solve this problem??

Have you tried actual Internet Explorer or Firefox? I don't read/peak your native language so interpreting the error message is difficult, but have you clicked the More Information button and see if there is a "continue anyway" or allow option?

Otherwise I agree with Ralph... A reboot is probably necessary.

Intente con firefox e internet explorer pero ninguna abre la URL con https, pero solo puedo abrir con http en una computadora antigua, en las mas actuales no me permite.

I tried with firefox and internet explorer but none open the URL with "https://192.168.10.1", but I can only open with "http://192.168.10.1" on an old computer, in the most current it does not allow me.

Creo que todo apunta a que se debe reinciar la PBX. / I think everything indicates that the PBX should be reboot.

Efectivamente tuve que reiniciar la PBX.
Effectively I had to restart the PBX.
