3300 FACs Busy Signal
« on: June 17, 2020, 01:16:56 PM »
Good Afternoon All,

I am new to the forum and and an intermediate level when it comes to the Mitel 3300.  I am trying to enable some FACs but when I save them and go to a phone to test it out I get a busy signal.  For example I am trying to set the "Call Forwarding Follow Me" to *67 which is not already in the system.  No luck though when dialing through my phone (5320e).

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Austin

Be sure that the COS allows that type of forwarding.

Dial it from a display set and see what the display says.  Most of the time it will give you a clue as to what's going on.

And what is the output off the command LOCATE FEATURE EXTENSION "DN"? You should see the call forward here.

Make sure the COS settings are correct that the user is allowed to do call forwarding.
