Mitel 3300: Identifying caller numbers using logged data
« on: May 12, 2020, 01:58:15 PM »
Does the Mitel 3300 log the numbers of callers to a specific location? I checked the SMDR Inspector in the Contact Center Client but under "Calling Party", I see TXXX where XXX is a 3-digit number of the trunk that was used by the caller like T111, instead of seeing the number of the caller.

In order to record the caller ID you need (1) the caller ID to be coming in on the trunk to you & (2) your SMDR options must be set to capture it.

I'm assuming you see the caller ID on your phone display so it must be coming in from the carrier.   Check your SMDR options to be sure you're set to record it.
