Question: Call Recording when twinned or forwarded to cell
« on: April 29, 2020, 10:32:29 PM »
Is this something anyone needs?
With so many companies having people working from home, do companies need to have calls that are twinned or forwarded to peoples cell phones?  Has anyone seen a demand for this?  If yes, how have you solved it?

We do this a little... Most of the customers we have with call recording have trunk based call recording with Oaisys so it isn't an issue. This would only become an issue on station-side call recording, but if the call isn't on the station (ie. forwarded) it won't be recorded, that said, I always thought a twinned call would be recorded like normal.

I don't think it does.  I'd be interested if anyone has made that work.
