Adding Teleworker Licenses
« on: April 13, 2020, 11:32:59 AM »
Hello all! Hope you are all staying safe.
We need to add more teleworker licenses to our environment.
I am going to contact our vendor to purchase more licenses, but how do I add the additional licenses to the 3300?

Teleworkers are all on the MBG me thinks so no need to add anything to the 3300 to support teleworkers provided it's already setup.

If you are adding teleworkers and users well then you need to figure out if you are using UCC licenses and what type or just mailboxes and Business Users, etc.

Yes, my apologies. They would get added to the MBG. Not adding users, just enabling our current users to work remotely via teleworker license.

Licenses are added in the AMC - if you don't have access it's unlikely you will get it now as it's for partners. Once added added added and the MBG syncs they just appear and are available. They are concurrent so if you have 10 licenses but 20 people try to connect it'll work for the first 10.
