Mitel 6920 Phone - Unplugged During Startup - Problem

I have an employee that seems to have bricked his phone. He didn't wait for the startup process to finish and unplugged both Ethernet and Power.  It will not power up or start now.  Any suggestions?

sounds bricked... needs to be replaced.
