You add a additional extension to the user and you make it a hotdesk device and you have to tick external hotdesk. Make sure the service level is multi-device. And you put the device in the multi-device user group.Another thing you can do is make a hunt group and put system speedcall in the group, this system speedcalls are directed to the cell phones of the users.
What kind of error are you getting? When you use a MDUG you do not need EHDU license.
