MiCollab 2nd Line Help

Hello,
MiCollab client 7.3
I've been able to setup SIP softphone successfully along with UC Endpoint softphones. In either case I cannot seem to add a second line. I tried adding another DN on the VMCD side with no luck. I haven't been able to find it yet within the documentation. I assume this has to be possible. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you added a multicall to the user? If it a ACD softphone agent you cannot add a second multicall.

Yeah, I did. Turns out you have to add 3 lines at least and that resolved my issue.

Just creating 2nd line key after it's in multiuser and using same as softphone number like with regular ones so 1234 has 1234 as 2nd line and our softphones are 12*34 and 2nd line 12*34 but then all connected under multi device users.
