MiVoice Office 400 Auto Attendant

Auto attendant answers but doesn't respond to touch tones.
Trunks are analog. single keys defined but no response.
Also unable to log in through auto attendant to record greeting or retrieve messages

Pretty sure the AA won't respond unless there is a greeting recorded.

Does it respond when calling it internally from a system phone?

How are you trying to login to AA, are you on site or remotely trying to do it via trunks.

Customer claims it doesn't respond on-site either, but I can't confirm.
I didn't record greeting. That's what I was trying to do.
I called it remotely and it answers with canned message I dial * PIN # and it just continues on.
I will try and upload a greeting to see if it acts differently.

Pretty sure dialling * PIN # should work. You HAVE to change the default PIN though, it won't work until you set a PIN for the user.

I had the user do a remote record on the auto attendant mailbox on-site and now it works fine.
Apparently if you have the default canned greeting it doesn't respond, but if you record a greeting it works fine.
