Message Waiting Light not working

SX-200_ICP, MWI not working, does light up for incoming calls, just not for waiting messages.

I would check cos for the voicemail ports. Also need to know if all are programmed and within the hunt group. Have any been changed to use as RAD port?

All the VM use COS #6, I do not see option 232, but is that needed?  Is there a particular Option Number is needed.
