We're using embedded VM for auto attendant on our system and hoping to have call history reflect the inbound caller information and not the VM port it was transferred from. Am I missing something obvious in COS that needs to be changed in order for this to work? When a call comes in from a transfer it does show the caller id information properly but if the call is missed it records the number from the VM system instead of the caller.
I appreciate any help and guidance you can provide.
