Hello everyone,

I have a problem with the creation of an employee in YourSite Explorer 8.1.3.0
The agent is member of two agent group in a workflow with 3 collegues and is present in the two groups.
The problem is when this newly created agent is the only one present in the group, YourSite don't reconize her presence and plays in the workflow a dissuasion message and hang-up (the variable is agents available = 0). When one of her collegues is connected, she can take calls from the queue.
In the Contact Center Client, the agent shows an "unknown" state.
We have tryied to create a new agent with another name and extension with the same results.
Would you see where this issue could come from ?
